      Good colleagues and travel opportunities

      Cons

      Poor management with no clue about the market and the business, money come first, no attention to employee and customer, no training, no mid/long term strategy. You can be made redundant and fired in a matter of minutes regardless how much time you worked for the company

      Location. People. Not much else.

      Cons

      Management is clueless as to what it takes to accomplish your work assignment. Certain positions are a "revolving door". Some people are RUDE and LAZY. Management LIES a lot.

      +Some interesting and developing projects +Depending on project, working closely with customers, sometimes at their site for 1-6 days a month +Since it's a small and cost oriented company you have to do everything yourself, which means you can broaden your skills and do things other IT-consultants never do

      Cons

      -Very poor management at all levels. No vision or goals, poor understanding of customer needs -Poor benefits and facilities, salary does not correspond to your performance -Salary below industry average -Very poor career development and no possibilities to switch office although this is a global company -As a consultant outside Italy you have no access at all to global support or product development people, they rarely respond to your emails even if customer gets hurt -Nepotism
