      - Great and helpful team specially leads. - Competitive salary - Celebrate events together. - Good Emphasis on technical sessions and Blogs.

      - Work pressure can be lot depending on allocations. - If management is not satisfied, firing is possible. - Timesheet tracking is mandatory in most of the projects. - work needs to be done within the estimates, otherwise be ready with justifications.
