Pros
Learn or die. I was pretty good at what I was doing as a sys engineer before I came to this Managed Services Provider (MSP). However, 80% of what I know comes from having worked at the company. It's a Silicon Alley oufit, so moving fast and hitting hard is how we get things done.
Cons
High pressure. To some extent, the pressure can't be avoided because it is the customers who are putting the pressure on. We move fast and hit hard, so there is some wear and tear associated with that.
