Staff are often overworked without proper breaks, and the workplace now feels worse than many other retail settings due to poor benefits and excessive micromanagement. Employees no longer feel valued, and it seems the company would not hesitate to replace staff when convenient. That shift in culture is ultimately why I decided to leave
