Pros

Everybody inside the Speck family is gone give you a great support every step of the way, and there is so much to learn from them - so the company is definitely a great choice no matter if you are staring your career or if you are already a senior professional.

Cons

Working for US clients can be very challenging, especially when it comes to the time difference - and also, as those clients are very price sensitive - there is not a lot of room for pay raises.
