      Pros

      Great company work culture with an emphasis on work and not bureaucracy. Everyone is approachable and it's a very open culture. Diverse teams bring in great perspectives. Career development and training/learning are actively encouraged.

      Cons

      Typical bootstrapped scaleup challenges, but eventually makes the business sustainable.
