      * Lot of projects. * Can't find any more

      Cons

      * Salary structure is too poor. * Sometime salary is given after 3/4 months. * Old technologies are used. * No lunch/snack/coffee is provided to employee... these are only for owners and peons. * Here you have time bindings to come in but there is no fixed time to go out !

      - They provide a salary - They provide Nasta (Singara) - They have Desks and Chairs, AC and Fan also - They publish job circulars regularly - They love their employee very very much and offer them (ex-employees) part-time basis after resignation - They have one loyal employee, who is an office staff btw - You will get high growth in their software wing

      Cons

      - They provide a salary, but once a month - They don't provide lunch - They don't arrange a foreign country tour - They have only a Chairman, but no Cheerleaders - They have AC and a Fan also, but AC is very poor, they sound like generators - They publish job circulars regularly, cause no one applies to them - They don't have any coffee machines, and they can't even prepare Tea - You will get high growth in their software wing because they don't have any software wing

      You can work with cross platform devices and technology.

      Cons

      The salary structure is very poor, they have a common salary structure for everyone. You won't get any kind of vacation, and overtime is not a word in your life if you join here.
