Nice and friendly people to work with, central location, free lunch once a month

Cons

No flexibility, & salary is bad. They demand too much but to do not pay accordingly. No culture code at all, bad management and small thinking.

Thank you for your review - we are sorry to hear of some of the concerns you have raised. We have recently completed a remuneration model review which has resulted in higher base salaries along with commission for our teams. We are happy to engage with our teams in regards to their schedules and will accommodate flexible working where possible. We have also recently re-launched our culture code and added to our benefits package.

Terrible and Toxic work environment with a high volume of work yet extremely low pay. Little to zero acknowledgement of your work and extremely rude and critical management. The Patient Services Management continuously ridicule and demean the company yet want you to still work hard and on top of this do additional work. You receive a lot of criticism that is borderline verbal abuse yet are expected to want to stay in such an environment. For the sake of your mental and emotional health please stay away from this company. You receive a lot of abuse from people who are not happy with treatment not surprisingly since the website is full of false information and is always having issues then you receive a lot of abuse from management also. It is not even worth applying to this company.

Having looked into the above comments in relation to management treatment we do not have any record of issues having been raised during the course of employment with the business. It is unfortunate that your employment with the business did not result in a permanent position however on occasion due to performance issues we need to make the difficult decision to cease an individual’s employment with the company.
