Pros

Pay was great. Office and management where always helpful and supportive. Alot of free lunches and they truely cared about their employees.

Cons

On call 1 wk at a time for 24hrs/7days consistent. Driving all over when other nurses may be in the same area. Changes or add ons made to patient schedule the same day.

Admin. trys to be understanding of staff. Most office personel are polite and cooperative.

Cons

Company only considers employees and does not try and please the families or patients that they serve. They are too busy to bother to call and check on patients to see how the staff in their homes are doing.
