Learn All You Can....This place is, in a way, offering a buffet of options regarding technical skills to all employees....Sr. Managers (Most) go out of the way to help the juniors in terms of giving opportunities....Design Group Head is a standout manager here for imparting college like knowledge.....Homely Environment with seniors acting like elders of house......
Cons
Ageing Sr. Managers.....None of the Junior design engineers have developed to take over the baton.....Groupism in departments....Step Motherly treatment from the parent company....Indecisiveness from the senior management in getting new orders.........Homely Environment with some juniors acting like babies:)....No HR Department.....
