Leadership team is a joke. Cant keep anybody in a role because the VP says inappropriate things. They have decent pay but its because theres so much to deal with mentally and physically you get burnt out

The pay isn’t worth your integrity, the management team is unethical so they don’t get into trouble. Management is overbearing, micromanaging, and somewhat narcissistic to employees. They will level off any accountability onto others to keep their jobs. Unpredictable end of day, driven to work fast when the line speed is turned up to avoid hourly payout for employees.
