Pros
The directors for recruiting and client service are very helpful and will meet with the Client Service Managers weekly to help out with any needs. The hours are great and are pretty open when it comes to vacation and sick days.
Cons
No real measurements for how bonuses work. Also, the owner is never open and honest to his employees. He holds grudges and has said he doesn't like confronting employees with difficult topics (cried in a meeting due to employee disagreement.) He seems to wait and watch, if you start to succeed, thats great, but if you start to struggle he lets you sit there until the best opportunity to let you go comes up.
