Pros
The people, environment, etc. were all wonderful. It was hard to leave.
Cons
The compensation and benefits could be better, and a bonus structure would have incentivized me to stay. Once you hit a certain level, it really flattens out/is stagnant unless you're selected for partnership (and they have tons of partners already).
