School is over 100 years old Good 401K with the college matching up to 7% Has a family atmosphere, at least where I worked

administrative processes are disjointed in some areas; slows down work flow

Offers great flexibility and free tuition for children of employees after a year of satisfactory employment.

Cons

The organizational culture and structure is trash. There’s a lot of attitude from staff and faculty. It’s either sink or swim because they offer you no training whatsoever! Organizational processes are dated and need to be simplified.
