      Pay is below market. Lots of transition in leadership. Lots of broken systems that no one knows how to fix.

      Offers great flexibility and free tuition for children of employees after a year of satisfactory employment.

      Cons

      The organizational culture and structure is trash. There’s a lot of attitude from staff and faculty. It’s either sink or swim because they offer you no training whatsoever! Organizational processes are dated and need to be simplified.
