Not a good place to work

Pros

You would think that an organization dedicated to promoting family togetherness, helping children find safe homes, and giving them a second chance at life would treat its employees with the same respect and dignity it advocates for the children it serves. Unfortunately, for many years, this has not been the case. What the organization seems to fail to realize is that many of its employees come from challenging backgrounds, just like the children they aim to help, yet they have worked hard to make a difference.

Cons

Regrettably, the CEO appears to lack awareness of how to properly respect and value these individuals. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, employees are repeatedly mistreated, and it seems that HR has not taken effective action to address these issues.
