Highly collaborative, intellectual colleagues work in this prestigious independent school on the Upper East Side. A dynamic atmosphere with a highly motivated and intelligent student body.

Cons

Intense atmosphere that can border on highly competitive, especially among students. The faculty is mindful of the atmosphere but even they can get competitive as well. More of a focus on social emotional health in recent years but still not enough progress in this area.
