Poor middle management and pathetic attitude of co founders. They only want to gossip and keep talking about negative things about others. No plan or no clue on how the execution is done, if someone screws up, they will shout on the floor and will behave pathetically. One of the middle managers is a person who thinks he is always right and will go to any extent to prove he is. If you disagree, he will give a poor feedback about the individual in front of the co founders to get them fired.
