Supportive Leadership: The seniors here are genuinely nice and approachable. I never felt hesitant to ask for help. Driven Colleagues: The team is full of motivated people. It’s a great environment if you like working with people who care about what they do. Compensation: The pay is decent and fair for the role. Good Culture: Overall, the vibe is positive and I enjoyed my time here.
Cons
Stability: Unfortunately, the company faced challenges that led to a major restructuring/layoff. While the exit was handled very generously, a bit more long-term stability would have been ideal.
