Frequent gaslighting from management and upper leadership (example: stating values that are patient-centered, but refusing to see patients with any outstanding balance, ignoring clinical recommendations, blaming clinical staff for poor patient outcomes, and refusing to supply staff with additional resources to meet growing patient needs due to cost), retaliation for any pushback or continued requests for leadership to meet staff/patient needs, and very large caseloads.
