Pros

I enjoyed the environment here so much! I loved my team, I loved the flexibility, and I liked the simplicity of our goals (as compared to other retail jobs)

Cons

I honestly don’t have any complaints. It really did what I needed it do for me at the time.

Pros

Supportive team and positive store culture made day-to-day work enjoyable. Good opportunity to build customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment. Management was generally approachable and willing to help when needed.

Cons

Scheduling could be inconsistent at times, especially during slower seasons. Limited opportunities for advancement in a seasonal role. Pay was fairly standard for retail without many additional incentives.
