The salary is competitive. They don’t have HMO though the process is quite fast from initial to final interview with a client.

Cons

I have been with Sphere rocket for almost 2 years, the company is good to you if you are hired but if you have complaints with clients especially it is affecting your mental health. They do not care. They are not responding to any emails. I reached out to four different people from the staff to ask help for a coaching log to explain what happened but they remained nonchalant they never provided even reply. The advertisement is opposite and telling the people they take care of their VA,they are bias. They are client sided. They don’t take care of their VA, which is really heartbreaking.

WFH Popular Virtual Assistant Agency, They are particular with your niche like mine E-commerce even though they specialized in EA and Real Estate They teach you Real Estate VA work (they said it is paid but),,,,

They will not give the training fee if you will not land a client You will be competing with 11 or more VA during client interview. If you were not successful in landing a client they will no longer contact you If that turns you off , if you want to gamble then it is up to you,
