Decent Salary Hike can be the only reason to join, but you will regret very soon.

Cons

1) All policies are employers centric. 2) Management is quite immature. 3) You will get slave treatment over there. 4) You will learn nothing except politics. 5) 90% of their employees resign them with a year of joining. 6) This is a training center cum software organization certainly it will degrade your profile. 7) After releasing offer letter, they will go with continuous follow up as 9 out of 10 don't join them. This is a screwed up place, Save your career don't join them.
