      They invest a lot into staff training and mentoring. Great Leadership that encourages innovation and open to change when needed.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. Any cons that I would have listed in the past have been resolved which is why I have stayed at this company for over 10 years now.

      Unset schedule You sometimes won’t know where you’re going until day before Long hours Can be far away from home, may need to stay overnight
