Pros

> Some great poeple (mainly in IT depts) > Salary mostly paid on time > Oppertunites to learn and OT

Cons

> Bullying culture fostered by investors > Great CFO who cared about the company effectivly removed for being a woman and because BCAP investor "didn't like women" > Personaly worked away from home for over a month with no time off on failing project that was constantly undermined by senior managment, who when discussions/meetings were had would respond with "bored now" and walk away. > After working 18hr days for over a month, I had an injury incident whilst in a warehouse. Where upon returning from the hospital I was informed I may be subject to disciplinary action. > Feared for my job security after taking time off due to mental health issues. > Peanilised by HR for attending therapy appointments that had to be made during work hours. > No sick pay for first 3 days, if it all > Company xmas parties cancelled due to declining profits, however senior exec's and CEO all travel to Hong Kong frist class and stay in hotels with expense bills in excess of £10,000 a trip. > No investment in developing or retaining staff, will happily replace seasoned knowladgeable staff with a flood of sub-par temps. > Investors actually coming into the office and having 1:1 meetings with staff in whch they would berate them, shout at them and ask them to "justify themselves". > The more incompotent you are the higher you are paid. > Company frgrantly breaks importaion VAT/Tax laws that govern the delivery of goods from Southen to Nothern Ireland. > No investment into infrastructure for 15 years. > Many redunandcies in the last 3years with payments always being the bare minimum. > Support staff forced to work ungodly hours with no regard for health. > Many many more complaints, but I shall summerize as "FUBAR"

Pros

- Some very capable and strong staff - Some great personalities - A job

Cons

- The company benefits were incredibly poor and equivalent to a polished turd, for example staff discounts were more expensive than buying goods elsewhere online. - Management were a sort of internal illuminati, very secretive under the guise of "following processes" , faceless yet willing to make you feel pretty worthless - Overtime was expected of staff with no recompense - Full of "lifer's" so career progression would only happen if someone retired or left. - Since departing there have been many I worked with also depart due to the nature of the company
