All that is said in the previous comments is true, this WAS a great company to work for. But I don't think that's relevant anymore.
Cons
The company has been bought early 2022 by an investment fund. It's clear that things won't be the same after that. The CEO openly lied to us saying there would be no layoffs, and of course about a week later they decided to close about 40% of the positions in the engineering team. They were not all filled as the turnover is quite high, but some people were made redundant with no real redeployment option, and more people decided to leave the company after that. Couple of weeks later they were opening new positions in the same team. It doesn't look like they know what they are doing. This is a company that spends a great amount of time talking about values, but actions speak louder than words.
