-Good salary. -Good peoples. -may be good for experienced peoples.( they don't hire exp.) these are the only pros you will get.

Cons

-No proper training. -No proper field will be allotted to you. (will create a problem during switches) -No proper guidance. -Bad/Worst management team. -Here you won't find anything such as review.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with good benefits. The leadership team really cares about the employees. Sometimes, you may have to work late/from home when needed to, but that is balanced with the option to work from home when you needed to; its a fair deal I think.

Cons

It is difficult give downsides about a company, i think some may find it difficult to work on more than one project at the same time, but its rare.

Free food for lunch lol. Good money for location.

Cons

Managers don't have knowledge regarding any project topics. Don't know how to handle projects. Extremely biased work environment. Inhuman project deadlines. Sub par learning opportunities.
