      Pros

      Great cause that everyone at the company cares about. Actually does care about your wellbeing and is prepared to do things to make sure you're happy and healthy. Respect for your lifestyle, gives freedom to work in the way that works best for you.

      Cons

      Culture varies between teams, some more intense than others. Recently been through redundancies, so probably safe from redundancies for a bit, but financial risk.

      Mission-driven, small team with high potential

      Pros

      It's rare to find a profit-making company that is truly mission-driven and wants to do good. Ultimately that's the goal of everyone at Spill. Very agile - small team able to change direction quickly. Product-driven - some great product minds!

      Cons

      Tough market at the moment. Spill needs to convince people that a therapy offer is required, rather than a company benefit that can be cut. They're on their way to doing this but it's a challenge. There are competitors with more funding and therefore presumably at an advantage.
