- The pay was not very good, and they stopped offering pay increases due to the organization being heavily in debt (which they let us know at every monthly meeting for months in a row).
- Organization leaders expect you to lie about your DST, otherwise you will be punished (the productivity time is unrealistic).
- Many organizations leaders seem to not really know what they are doing, and the organization seems fairly organized at times. They have no understanding of what QMHP’s need and how to help them.
-Some locations are pretty awful to work at, (I saw many QMHP’s in the South Beaumont location leave less than 3 months after being hired), and your work experience will differ greatly depending on which location you are based at.
