Pros

Benefits are the only pro here

Cons

- management - toxic culture SpineOne is very concerned with appearances and less so with taking care of their employees. Turnover is high. Those who stay are terrified of making mistakes or being bullied by HR and upper management. Those with long tenure at the company are allowed a free pass to belittle and abuse their employees and are placed in positions of authority despit background and lack of skills, experience, and professionalism. Nepotism reigns supreme here. SpineOne could genuinely be great. Unfortunately the COO knows nothing about the medical field and makes a point to assert authority on everything, even subjects he knows nothing about. Company culture is terrible but rather than addressing these issues, HR and management turn a blind eye. There’s a reason employees keep walking out the door. My best advice is to stay away, there are a myriad of other opportunities out there that don’t require selling your soul and dignity for a practice that will treat you like garbage.
