      Awful, exploitative - stay far away!

      Pros

      None, absolutely, positively, completely nothing.

      Cons

      Exploitative management that overworks and underpays you. Typical low class Singapore SME mindset. Will refuse to give you any bonuses, increments or AWS on the pretext that the 'company is not doing well', while the bosses complain about the newly laid full marble tiles in their brand new bungalow. Scum.

      Pros

      - you get to go overseas on company budget

      Cons

      - miserly pay. no increment until the whole department quits - your AWS is withheld after Lunar New Year - work culture encourages infighting and back biting - microaggressive moves by the management - management is either missing all the time , or constantly harassing you - there is no concept of work hours or weekends - if you are away because of MC, leave or family emergency; expect to "pay the hours back"
