Working here has been a great experience. The management is approachable and genuinely values employee feedback. The team is collaborative, and there’s always someone willing to help when needed. Honestly, there aren’t any major cons. If I were to suggest something, it would be to continue exploring ways to innovate and enhance efficiency, even in the areas where we’re already doing well.
