Pros
Working here has been a great experience. The management is approachable and genuinely values employee feedback. The team is collaborative, and there’s always someone willing to help when needed. I’ve had the chance to work on challenging projects that helped me grow both professionally and personally. The work-life balance is good, and the environment feels positive and motivating.
Cons
Honestly, there aren’t any major cons. If I were to suggest something, it would be to continue exploring ways to innovate and enhance efficiency, even in the areas where we’re already doing well.

Pros
Everybody is really friendly. For kitchen employees (dishwashers included) daily full-meal is provided. Annual party. They take care of you as employee.
Cons
The schedules most of the times are late night. Very physical work (as any other kind of job in a restaurant to be honest)
