      * Smooth and comprehensive induction and training for new hires. * Knowledgeable team * Good work life balance * Empowered to make suggestions and improvements.

      Cons

      * Not a problem for me, but I can imagine for some people in some locations the absence of office location maybe a challenge if not used to working remotely.
