      Great coffee, not non transparent incentive structure is sick

      - Good coffee they have at office

      Cons

      - Incentive structure is non transparent and targets change even at the last day of target just so they don’t have to pay you incentives - long working hours 11hour + days would have been acceptable with a good incentive structure - car quality is something company has stopped caring about imo in last 3 years because people just believe spinny brand now
