Pros

You can lean back and do nothing. I got tasks i could finish in 2 days, streched them out for 2 weeks, nobody noticed.

Cons

Very very cheap. Developer will start at an isultingly low pay. Will stay that way until he gets enough experience to leave, or settle for low pay. The tech stack is primitive and repetitive, you get no veriety, and very little depth, company doesnt push for inginuity, keep your head down, do your minimal job. Does not encourage initiatives whatsoever.

Pros

Transparent hiring process, Young and dynamic environment, Kind hiring managers and patient to answer and discuss work processes and how they are approaching interpersonal dynamic and problem solving.

Cons

They require the applicant an home assignment, It's not directly aimed to this company specifically and it's very understandable but still tiring process.

Pros

I’ve been working at the company for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most enjoyable places I’ve worked at. There are so many amazing people here — young, friendly, and full of energy — which makes coming to the office something to actually look forward to. Over the last six months, the company has started a great process of improving its technological infrastructure. I really hope it continues in this direction, adopting newer technologies and taking on more technically challenging projects. Another big plus is the excellent work-life balance. People here truly respect your personal time, and the managers I’ve worked with have been supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely great people.

Cons

If I had to mention one downside, it’s that some of the technology and codebase are quite old and a bit complicated. It would be great if management could dedicate more time to rebuilding the core infrastructure and focusing on bigger, high-impact projects — rather than small feature requests for clients all the time.
