      We're allowed to dress casual to work. Young dynamic team.

      Cons

      Working more than fifty hours weekly was insane! It was't just physically exhausting but mentally draining as well! It's so ironic that the company was about healthy living, but management destroys its employees' wellbeing!!

      Horrible, misogynistic management Complete lack of direction from management Unethical working hours Pay was decent, but it didn't compensate for working 65+ hour weeks regularly Really poor interpersonal skills from upper management which led to a lot of tension, arguments, and people's ideas not being heard CEO just wants to blatantly copy what other companies are already doing CEO will redo all your work with AI, super demoralizing
