I spent 10 years at this company, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. During that time, my salary increased steadily over the years and, after 10 years, had doubled from my initial salary. I worked on meaningful and challenging projects, and I had the opportunity to collaborate with truly talented, kind, and inspiring people. What really sets this company apart is its culture. Employees are genuinely heard and listened to. Every three weeks, we meet with a talent manager to openly share how we felt within the organization, in our projects or in our personal life. Leadership consistently demonstrated a high level of transparency through monthly company-wide meetings. The level of trust and flexibility is exceptional: 100% flexible work, unlimited care days, health benefits, and employer contributions to the REER all reflect how much employee well-being is valued. The Montreal office is also hard to beat. On top of that, the gym located at the top of the building is fully equipped and staffed with excellent coaches, making it ideal for anyone who values staying fit and healthy.
