Terrible work atmosphere

Pros

Great Technical associates. Access to all equipment so self training is a plus.

Cons

No leadership. Terrible pay to workload ratio. Notice I said *self training* because that's the only way you will learn anything. If you work here only do it as a last resort. Management will lie to your face on a regular basis. Get used to it. Pretty much have to have your own back in every situation. You will be blamed for everything wrong when it comes to a customer. Money is there number 1 priority . may god be with you working here.

Pros

Opportunity to learn about industry, pay is okay and benefits are good. Co-workers are great and your build great relationships.

Cons

They don't mind working you to death as long as they are meeting their goals and getting senior management bonuses. No incentives for back office support. No training provided for sales or back office. They want to bring in people who want to learn but don't want to pay them once they get more knowledgeable.

Many Changes Both Good and Bad

Pros

Spirit has many opportunities right now and is poised for additional growth. The company has a good employee base that wants to do the right things and be part of a successful operation.

Cons

Spirit has had a high turnover rate in the past few years. Some important legacy knowledge has been lost as new hires come on board. Spirit needs to invest in employee retention and implement reward programs for more than just the sales personnel.
