Company produced quality booths, graphics and events. Lots of experienced, creative, talented people Everything was in-house
Cons
Favoritism to a core group of people made it hard on others trying to grow and get opportunities Management didn't want to ever deal with personnel issues so they just ignored issues until they boiled over. Created a very hostile work environment. Stress level was out of control. There would be someone screaming and crying almost on a daily basis at certain times.
