You make a percentage from your sales and pooled tips which is added to your base salary
Cons
Customers can be very difficult & the manager is very unhelpful and rude. I ultimately quit because he was difficult to work with and would not assist me with customers when there were issues. Can not call out sick, if it rains you normally will be sent home.
