      Pros

      Getting to connect with the local neighborhood, making a few friendships Lifeguard training program was efficient yet emphasizing the safety of yourself and others. Frequent on site checkups from employers to make sure everything was ok at pools.

      Cons

      Legality behind the hours per week was a little inconsistent, meaning I wouldn't always be scheduled to work the minimum hours even after discussing with superiors.
