Thank you for the elaborate and candid feedback and sharing your perspective of how you saw things with Splenta systems. You are correct, no one should get the feeling that their career is being ruined by joining a company. We are a small establishment right now; we do encourage for freshers and juniors in the industry to gain employment with us. We believe we are doing our bit to employ the large pool of talent coming out of colleges and find it difficult to find a job. At Splenta we have a process of adhering to common industry practices, KPIs for measuring business outcomes and giving freedom for individuals to demonstrate performance. Unfortunately, some are unable to perform, ultimately leading to termination of employment. There are couple of things in your feedback which are unsubstantiated, baseless and false. We believe these were written by a disgruntled ex-employee to defame the company's reputation. Finally, Splenta Systems is currently not going through any process of acquisition.
