Pros

-flexible hours in this position (can start a teeny bit early, or a bit late, take an hour or 30 lunch) to fit your needs -my supervisors were awesome, communicated and worked with me. -my feedback was taken seriously -good benefits!!! -opportunity for fed. tuition forgiveness -workplace culture seeks diverse perspectives and values diversity in workforce. -I was encouraged to seek opportunities and education “outside” of my job description, my ideas were never shut down. -awesome coworkers -lots of internal promotion opportunities

Cons

- Working in a nonprofit environment can be hard, due to seeing people struggling, but coworkers at SNAP are great at supporting eachother.
