We find it truly saddening to read this review given how untrue each claim is. As an organisation, from day one, Spork Labs has strongly believed in humility as a way of life and work. Resultantly, we exhibit this value through and towards every aspect of our existence.
Responding to any and all complaints with the aim to resolve, support, and uplift has been Spork Labs’ way of building a better future. However, this review is a sheer lie, not a complaint. And, we are disheartened to know that you have put in such immense effort to fabricate a pile of false allegations and attempted to defame an honest organisation with your anonymity.
Unlike these false allegations, our true work policies (which are also mentioned on all our offer letters, probation letters, and appointment letters which are signed by both parties) are as follows:
We offer competitive salaries as per industry standards, and ensure annual increments for all our employees. In addition to this, we award our employees with quarterly bonuses based on the organisation’s revenue which is a huge benefit and asset for our employees.
We maintain health insurance not just for our employees but for their family members (spouses and children) as well.
Every employee at Spork Labs works only 7-8 focused hours from Monday to Friday. We do not ask our employees to work on Saturdays & Sundays. We do not ask our employees to work overtime. And, in the rare occasion that an employee works beyond their stipulated hours, we compensate our employees for working additional hours.
Our work culture is very empowering, supportive, and friendly. With the opportunity to work remotely, use the latest digital gadgets provided by the organisation, and numerous other benefits, Spork Labs is truly a transparent family that seeks the growth of it employees.
To the author of this review: we would appreciate it if you reach out to us so that we can clarify the matter that has urged you to spend your valuable time on writing a review which is nothing short of a lie. We are always there for our employees even after they leave our organisation, and would be happy to support you in building a better future for yourself. Expressing untrue claims for an entity, on the other hand, will not lead to your own growth in any way.
To the future jobseekers/stakeholders: we would urge you to verify for yourself the validity of this review. Conversations with our current employees and the processes followed at Spork Labs (right from the offer letter shared with a potential employee to the work delivered to our clients) speak for itself.
