      You can learn many things because this is a startup, so one person have to look for everything for particular category.All startup companies are like that only.

      Cons

      Comes to environment not at all good, system is not good, no other benefits, management is not good, u will not get salary on time. Not a good place to work.

      Sorry regarding Salary Issue No Pros at all.

      Cons

      Salary pay will be very late and compare to other companies payment is also less. No Hikes....Hikes will be every year and very less not even 1k per year.
