Flexible hours if you are trying to go to school as well. Even if you're having a bad day you can find a kid to make you laugh.
Cons
lack of even basic benifits. Over work, UNDERPAY, poor leadership from president, company values are not inline with what they say they are. raises given every 3-5 years.
