I enjoy my coworkers I enjoy that I can work from home This company offers good work/life balance.
Cons
The pandemic has taken a toll on commission $$ b/c fewer leagues are registering right now. But, I think it will pick up soon. There is no 401k Match.

Pros
Great leadership and team atmosphere. Departments work well together. Product is good and constantly improving which isn't always true for most competitors in the market. The company promotes flexibility, teamwork and innovation to make sure the company is always improving.
Cons
Solid benefits but no 401K match.
