Money grubbing family company

Pros

Clean office, owners bring in their dogs

Cons

Embarrassingly low pay, terrible leadership, treat us like children/no trust, awful communication, rude administrative staff, dangerous location that you are required to park at (a car was stolen from parking lot) and walk at night because you have to be in the office. This company is the worst. Money grubbing family business.

Pros

I have supportive and hardworking co-workers.

Cons

- Most of the leaders at Sports Research are awful people. - Many of them are incompetent, completely unfit to lead, and carry attitudes that poison the entire workplace. - Leadership has created a hostile ad deeply unwelcoming culture where talented and hardworking employees are ignored and pushed aside. - The salary is embarrassingly low, making the constant stress and nonstop verbal abuse impossible to justify. - Absolutely not recommended!

Pros

Nothing to say here, to be honest. It was unfair from the start.

Cons

Family-owned company where most employees are relatives and friends, and working with them was awful! If you're a real employee without any connections to the family, you won't get the respect and be treated like second class!
