Pros

You'll have good, friendly colleagues. This is the only reason your day passes smoothly here. A 2-star rating is for this thing only; otherwise, there is no rating for the company.

Cons

The company doesn't care about employees' needs; they just hire you to get things done for 6-7 months in advance and then lay you off by saying, 'You know what the current standards of the industry are, and we are sorry to say that we have to let you go.' They also make fake promises that if investors agree to invest in us, we'll retain you. This is the pattern of the company, which did it purposefully with almost everyone. We understand that survival in startups is challenging, and we acknowledge the tough conditions. If you can't afford it, refrain from hiring people from different cities. Instead, consider hiring interns on a contract or on a remote basis. While the company requires full-time employees to work from the office Monday to Saturday, after all of this, expressing fake apologies is unjustifiable.
