Cons

No work life Balance. Bring your own Laptop Policy. They have a policy of Hire and Fire. No worklife balance. If you can work for 12-14 hours then only they can think about you. No additional activities to keep employees engaged. Employer is toxic and uses vulgar language of task are not completed within time.
