      Pros

      I worked full-time at Spot Solutions and It is a great place to work with good colleagues, good culture and open communication between everyone. I had the opportunity to work in multiple projects with clients across BC and overall it was a good learning experience.

      Cons

      There wasn't anything negative about my overall experience.

      Very diverse team, completely remote, excellent employee perks

      Cons

      No direct manager, being shifted around from one project to another, reporting to multiple project managers.
